The Columbus metro spans a wide range of settings, and that matters when you're looking for senior care. Franklin County, anchored by Columbus itself, has by far the largest concentration of assisted living, memory care, and continuing care retirement communities in the region. The counties around it — Delaware, Fairfield, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, and Union — range from fast-growing affluent suburbs to genuinely rural farm country, and the number of verified senior-care options drops accordingly the farther out you go.
