Pickaway County sits south of Franklin County, with Circleville as its county seat. Circleville is best known outside the region for the Circleville Pumpkin Show, one of the largest pumpkin festivals in the country, but day to day it's a modest county seat serving a largely agricultural surrounding area. Like Madison County to the west, Pickaway County hasn't seen the dense suburban residential growth that Delaware and Union counties have, and its senior-care market is correspondingly smaller.

As with Madison County, that reflects what we've confirmed so far rather than a claim that nothing else exists in the surrounding townships — we'd rather say that plainly than list a name we can't stand behind. Families in this part of the county most often look either at bringing in-home care to a parent's existing house, at Pickaway Manor itself, or at communities in the southern Franklin County suburbs, particularly Grove City, which is the shortest drive north for most Pickaway County residents.
