Madison County lies west of Franklin County and is, honestly, the least suburban of the counties in our coverage area. Its economy is built around agriculture, with London as the county seat — a small city, not a suburb, with its own long-standing local institutions rather than the newer subdivision-driven growth you see closer to Columbus. Unlike Delaware or Union counties, Madison County hasn't seen the same wave of Columbus-adjacent residential development, and that shapes its senior-care market directly.
